The Architecture of Permanence

OUR PHILOSOPHY

Contextual Permanence

We do not build to fill space; we carve light to define it. The Jakarta climate is not a constraint to be engineered away, but the primary material we design with.

Our structures respond directly to the equatorial sun, utilizing deep overhangs, raw concrete massing, and natural ventilation to achieve a state of contextual permanence.
