We started as a small interior design firm in downtown Michigan, aiming to help home buyers make do with the new space that they had acquired. It soon became obvious that it would make sense to help our clients see beyond the walls and floor plans and be there with them from the get-go. Currently, we offer house realtor, interior design, and architecture services in order to help our customers find their forever homes as seamlessly and painlessly as possible.

We're on a mission to change the way the housing market works. Rather than offering one service or another, we want to combine as many and make our clients' lives easy and carefree. Our goal is to match our clients with the perfect properties that fit their tastes, needs, and budgets.

Massa dibentuk berdasarkan arah sirkulasi utama dan potensi pandangan (view). Garis orientasi ini menjadi dasar pembentukan ruang yang responsif terhadap kondisi tapak dan aktivitas masyarakat sekitar. Cultural Space memperkuat nilai tradisi dan spiritualitas. Seluruh massa dihubungkan oleh Social Space yang terbuka dan mengalir menuju area Alam, menciptakan keseimbangan antara arsitektur, manusia, dan alam sekitar.

Komposisi massa pada tapak dibentuk berdasarkan filosofi Manusia – Sesama – Alam, di mana setiap fungsi merepresentasikan hubungan antara individu, komunitas, dan lingkungan. Pada lantai dasar massa Manusia Area Pelatihan 1 dan Manusia Maintenance berfokus pada aktivitas personal dan pengembangan diri serta menjaga bangunan supaya pembentukan manusia itu sendiri berjalan dengan baik, Sesama Area parkir dan Kantin UMKM menjadi pusat interaksi sosial dan kebersamaan serta meningkatkan ekonomi masyarakat sekitar.

Massa dibentuk diberika sirkulasi vertikal (trap tangga) untuk akses ke atas. Serta akses entrance dan juga sebagai sirkulasi transisi.
